"Today I had family visiting me from Texas, so it's very difficult to please Texanswhen it comes to Mexican food here in Arizona. My Nephew had the 2 Red chili enchiladas and his wife had Asada fries, they were totally satisfied!! I had the Red and Green Chiliquiles, yes you can get both sauces on the same plate! I have been looking for Chiliquiles that were close to what I would get in Texas, these are just as good!! QuesoBirria Tacos! Yes it seems that everyone is serving them these days. But , I’ve had many from several restaurants here in Casa Grande and very few really live up to the hype. In this case Mr Baja has nailed it! Every bite has a great taste and it doesn’t pull all the meat when you take a bite. What that means is that the Birria was cooked to perfection! The service is top notch and the ambiance is very relaxing and chilled. I’m looking forward to coming on a Saturday night and trying the bar and on a Sunday morning for the Menudo! If you haven’t been to Mr Baja in Casa Grande I urge you to make it a point to pull off Cottonwood Lane and have a wonderful dining experience with a great staff and some very delicious Mexican cuisine!"

"For me a new place with a new friend. The waitress was very kind and easy to talk to and the food was tasty. I learned mole is a chocolate sauce that was on my chicken enchiladas. There tea was good, too. Burritos are huge. Try it!"

"Had the Tuesday tacos on flour tortillas. Three different meats, all very good. And the chili relleno,taco and enchilada plate. A lot of food. All very good. They give you chips and salsa and bean dip complimentary. That was also very good, I probably ate more of them than I should have. Highly recommend this place. It's small but nicely decorated."

"Service is phenomenal. The gentleman that helped us in drive thru was very polite and patient. Most people these days are not very happy to be serving you and he was very respectful. The shrimp tacos are delicious, carne asada and pollo tacos are great. Try it with flour tortillas, they are delicious. The red salsa was spicy but tolerable. Green salsa is more mild, both delicious. They gave us lemon and lime, most places forget when you ask and also hooked us up with a big cup of water, that’s a plus. Will be back to dine in for more shrimp tacos, get those battered."

"We eat here at least twice a month. The food is fabulous. Recently I had a breakfast burrito with chorizo and had it chimi style. Best burrito I have had in this town. Maria is a sweet pleasant and attentive server. Far better than cafe de Manuel's, hands down."
